Prepping pavers is the most important process. Pavers that are not thoroughly cleaned can result in failed sealant, causing white hazing. After pressure washing out algae from the pavers, we post treat with diluted down chlorine to ensure all the algae has been neutralized.

Cobble Prep is an eco-friendly formulation containing no muriatic or phosphoric acid and engineered to clean unsealed paving stones and concrete and prepare surfaces for sealing. This highly concentrated blend will remove efflorescence (white lime residue)

Sealing also restores some of the lost color due to sun fading.

Our Sealer is eco-friendly with low VOC’s. Meaning it is the best for Florida's harsh climates and allows the pavers to breathe.

Polymeric Sand is a blend of sand and special additives designed tofill the joints between concrete pavers and brick pavers. When proper preparation is taken, this polymeric jointing sand has the potential to reduce weed growth, resist rain washout and help prevent insect penetration, compared to playground sand. When we install sand, we first use a push broom to install in between the joints. After we have filled all the joints, we use a leaf blower to remove the excess sand and any dust leftbehind from the polymeric sand.

The Natural Stone look comes in either a gloss or matte finish. Natural stone works best for travertine or pavers that don't require restoration or when you as a client don't want a deep wet look but gives all of the protection needed for Florida climate. This protects against mold and algae from growing and keeps the paver sand in place.
